LEGISLATION
Our laws in California are varied and inconsistent and there is a need for legislation to bring them into some type of consistency. But many of the bills that are introduced are introduced by Special Interest Groups which have no desire to solve our problems.
We hope that in coming years legislators will be better informed, at the state and local level, about the bills that are introduced and that we begin to see a return to reason.
