Led by the people at P.O.W.E.R., Pet Owners Want Equal Rights, the citizens of Huntington Beach attended a series of meetings with the City Council.

In the end, the Council voted 7-0 to make no changes in the laws affecting dogs in the City.

Congratulations to P.O.W.E.R. for showing what can be done and to the Huntington Beach City COuncil for caring about their constituents.
